Founded in 1986 in Lynnwood, WA, Fast Home Services began as a small family-run water heater replacement company. With a commitment to honest pricing and same-day service, we quickly earned a reputation as the team homeowners could count on.
Over the past 38 years, we've expanded from a single trade into a full-service home services company covering HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and water heaters. Today we serve homeowners and businesses across four West Coast markets: Seattle/Puget Sound, Portland, the Bay Area, and Los Angeles.
